BUYBACK POLICY

1. Share the online order number / phone number used to place the order on our website via e-mail at Manecklifestyle@gmail.com. Further, please attach photos of the product in the e-mail.

2. Our support team will get in touch with you for the product details.

3. On receiving your design, a quality check is done and up to 50% of the original amount paid by you will be added to your online wallet within 7-14 working days, which can be used by you to place the new order.

4. The wallet amount will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

5. A nominal logistics charge of INR 150 will be deducted from the credited wallet amount.

6. During quality check, if there is severe damage to the product, nominal deduction will be done from our end and the remaining amount will be shared with you in your wallet.

7. Due to copyright infringement and fraud sellers, we only accept orders placed via our website,www.maneck.in

8. This policy is only valid for pure 925 silver jewellery purchased from www.maneck.in

9. This policy may exclude specific categories and the same will be updated by us in the policy as and when required

10. Maneck has the right to refuse the policy to a customer as it deems fit.
